Refrigerated transport: common questions
Chiller or freezer truck: what's the difference?
A chiller truck keeps goods cool but above freezing, for fresh food and drinks. A freezer truck keeps them frozen. Say what temperature your goods need in your request.
Can suppliers carry medicines or vaccines?
Some can. Pharmaceutical goods may need special handling and records, so say so clearly and check the supplier's experience before you agree.
Can I get temperature records for the trip?
Ask for them in your request. Some trucks have temperature loggers and can share the readings.
Do they deliver to Sabah and Sarawak?
Some suppliers arrange shipping or work with one who does. Add the states to your request and mention it in the description.
