Post a request

Before you start

• A CariLori account. You'll be asked to sign in.
• A Malaysian phone or WhatsApp number.

Steps

1. Select Post a request in the menu, on any supplier page or on a common job on a service page, or type what you need on the home page.
2. Step 1, What you need: describe the job. Select Fill in the form for me to fill in the details CariLori can find in your words, in English, BM or Chinese; requests typed on the home page are filled in for you. Check the Main service and, if you know it, the Vehicle or machine: only suppliers who have it get your request, or choose Not sure to let them suggest one. Then select Next: where and when. Not on the list? Choose Others and type it; every supplier of that service gets your request.
3. Step 2, Where & when: choose or check the starting state, town or area, date and destination. Open Need the service in other states too? to add more states. Fields filled in for you are highlighted, and anything unclear is left for you.
4. Step 3, Details: say whether you need a driver or operator, tick anything else you need, such as loading or storage, and open the optional section to add a title, duration, pickup point or several stops.
5. Step 4, Contact & review: check the summary (select Edit to change a part), then enter your name and WhatsApp / phone number.
6. Choose How many suppliers may contact you? and tick the box to agree to share your contact details with them.
7. Select Post request. You'll find it in My Requests.

Keep your number private

Don't put phone numbers, emails or WhatsApp links in the description or other job fields — CariLori will ask you to remove them. Your number goes only in the contact step, so only suppliers with a contact slot can see it.

What happens next

Matching suppliers are alerted straight away and can see your request on the Job Board. Each supplier that opens your contact uses one of your slots, then calls or WhatsApps you to discuss the job.

Which suppliers match?

A supplier matches when they offer your main service and hire type, have the vehicle or machine you chose (if you chose one), and cover your starting state or one of the other states you added.
