Lorry crane (small crane) prices
A lorry crane carries and lifts in one trip: good for machines, containers, water tanks and building materials. Operator price lists (2025–2026):

What's usually NOT in the daily rate
- Delivery beyond a short distance (often ~25 km) — the crane must be trucked to you.
- Permits and road closures where needed.
- A lifting plan for heavier or riskier lifts.
- Rigger and signalman, where not bundled with the operator.
- Overtime beyond normal working hours, and tax.
What decides the price
- Tonnage and boom length: the lift's weight, height and reach decide the crane class — and a bigger class is a big step up in price.
- How long you need it: a day rate is highest; weekly and monthly rates drop sharply per day.
- Location and season: busy construction periods and remote sites cost more.
