Agree the job directly, then record what happened in your contact history. It helps you keep track and helps CariLori spot problems.

Agree the job directly

Discuss the scope, date, price and payment by phone or WhatsApp. CariLori isn't part of the agreement and doesn't take payment.

Record the outcome

  1. Customers: open My Requests and scroll to Suppliers with contact access. Suppliers: open My contacts in the supplier portal.
  2. Find the request and select Update outcome.
  3. Choose what happened — Contacted, Quote received / sent, Supplier selected / job booked, Work completed, Did not proceed or Outcome unknown — and when, then save.

Each side reports separately, and the card shows Both parties agree, One party reported or Conflicting reports. These are self-reports; CariLori doesn't check them. Use Correct your outcome to change yours.
