How early should I book movers?
One to two weeks ahead is usually enough, and earlier for month-end, weekends and festive seasons. Post your request as soon as you know the date.
Do movers pack and dismantle furniture?
Many do. Tick Packing or Setup & dismantling in your request so suppliers include it when they contact you.
My condo needs a lift booking. Who arranges it?
Usually you book the lift and loading bay with your management office. Tell the movers the booked times when you agree the job.
What if something gets damaged?
Agree before the move whether and how the mover covers damage. CariLori doesn't provide insurance. See "Before you agree a job" in the Help Centre.
