Your account, details and notifications

Customer side and supplier side

Your account has two separate sides. My Requests is for jobs you post. The supplier portal is for your business: dashboard, find work, contacts, job alerts and your business profile. Switch with Switch to supplier portal in the menu, or Switch to customer at the top of the portal. When you log in, CariLori opens the side you used last.

Your details

1. Open the menu and choose Account settings. In the supplier portal, open Settings.
2. On Details, update your name, phone or company.
3. Select Save Changes.

Both sides share these details. They aren't shared with suppliers: on each request you enter the name and number you want to share.

Language and translation

Choose the language you read in Account settings → Details → Language: English, Bahasa Melayu or 中文. Customers' requests and suppliers' profiles written in another language are then shown translated automatically, with See original to read exactly what was written. CariLori's emails use this language too. On public pages, such as the supplier directory and company profiles, the words follow the language of the page.

Notifications

Open Account settings → Notifications to choose email updates. Suppliers turn Matching requests in CariLori on or off in the supplier portal under Settings → Notifications. Job alerts appear in Job alerts in the supplier portal.

Delete your account

1. Open Account settings → Delete account. In the supplier portal, open Settings → Delete account.
2. Choose Close my business… to remove only your supplier business, or Delete my account… to remove everything.
3. Read what happens, type DELETE and confirm.

It's hidden straight away and erased after 14 days. Until then, keep it with the link we email you (a business can also be kept from the supplier Dashboard). Just need a break from jobs? Use Pause listing on the Dashboard instead.
